Turning To The Right?

Over the last decade we have been besieged with the LBGTQ+ agenda.

It is everywhere.

Movies. TV. Sports. News. Social Media. Schools. Businesses.

It is impossible to avoid.

It clearly has intensified with Democrats in control of the White House the last couple of years.

Joe Biden hosted a "Pride" event at the White House last Saturday which had an LBGTQ+ flag more prominently displayed than the United States flag.

This is in strict violation of the U.S. flag code which requires that the Stars and Stripes must always be prominently displayed at the center when there are multiple flags and other flags must be beneath it.

At that event some of the attendees took off their tops while dancing in front of the White House portico.

 We have seen the trans agenda being promoted most aggressively in the last two years.

As part of that agenda, it seems to have become a litmus test for liberals and feminists to proclaim that transgender athletes should be unconditionally permitted to participate in athletic events with the gender with which they "identify".

Of course, we only see biological men who want to participate in women's sports.

Curiously, we never see biological women who want to compete against men.

I wonder why that is?

Perhaps this is a hint. The average man is stronger than 99% of all women.

That musculature also means that biological males generally can run faster, jump higher, have more endurance and do any number of other athletic movements much better than biological females.

It is what used to be referred to as "SCIENCE".

This is how a male swimmer on the University of Pennsylvania men's team, Will Thomas, went from a ranking of 462nd in world men's swimming to being the top female college swimmer in the USA one year later after identifying as Lia Thomas.

Considering the constant promotion of the LBGTQ+ propaganda I found this recent Gallup survey to be interesting.

Despite the incessant promotion of transgender ideology over the last two years (or because of it), 69% of Americans say that transgender athletes should only be able to participate on sports teams that match their birth gender.

That is an increase of 7 points from how this issue was viewed in 2021.

More broadly speaking, 56% of Americans in the same survey say it is morally wrong to change one's gender. That is up 4 points in the last two years.

It appears that the more the transgender agenda is promoted and shoved in people's faces the more it turns off Americans to "the cause".

Another survey by PRRI on the same topic found similar overall sentiment and a 6 point overall point swing since 2021 toward the view that there were only two genders.

This survey also included a comprehensive breakout on the issue by different demographics.

What I found interesting in this data is the massive change towards the view that there are only two genders in several demographic groups that was much higher than the overall +6 point swing over the last two years.

Other Protestants of Color   + 21

Hispanic Catholic   +18

Generation Z  +14

Millennial  +9

Jews are the least likely to believe that gender is binary.

These trends seem to be consistent with past surveys that have shown that there is usually a upward spike in those who state that they identify as conservative on social issues whenever there is a liberal in the White House.

This is apparent in the survey data going back to the late 1990's with Bill Clinton as President.

What does this tell us?

It seems that the best means by which to turn more Americans conservative is for them to have to live with a liberal and progressive agenda coming at them at full force for a few years.

The more that a leftist agenda is pushed the more Americans turn right.

Who would have thought?
