With Friends Like This, Who Needs Enemies?

One of the interesting insights in the WikiLeaks Podesta emails is what Hillary's friends and supporters say about her behind her back.

That is a major reason that I am confident that Hillary will have few friends who will defend or support should she lose this election to Donald Trump. These people are not believers in Hillary, they only believe in the power and prestige they believe they obtain through her.

It is actually a two-way street. Hillary is famous for using people. They are just repaying the compliment.

Let's take a look at what some of those friends and supporters have said about her behind her back int those emails?

Remember that all of these emails were to or from John Podesta, Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman who also previously served as Bill Clinton's Chief of Staff in The White House and was Counselor for Barack Obama.

"You represent a client that is not honest and is most likely criminal. Hillary and Bill are not worth trying to defend as they are manipulative and they use people".

Podesta himself wrote to Hillary's Communication Chief, Jen Palmieri about inserting something regarding "everyday Americans" in a speech early in the campaign.

"I know she has begun to hate everyday Americans, but I think we should use it once the first time she says I'm running for president because you and everyday Americans need a champion."

Neera Tanden, President of the Center for American Progress, a progressive public policy research and advocacy group, is one of her biggest critics behind closed doors.

"...she doesn't seem to know what planet we are all living in at this moment."

Tanden again to Podesta.

"Sometimes HRC/WJC have the worst judgement."

Tanden to Podesta where she tells him she knows that the email thing isn't on the level.

"I know this email thing isn't on the level. I'm fully aware of that. But her inability to just do a national interview and communicate genuine feelings of remorse and regret is now, I fear, becoming a character problem (more so than honesty)."

Tanden laments to Podesta about Hillary's poor instincts.

"Almost no one knows better me that her instincts can be terrible."

Podesta agrees with Tanden about Hillary's instincts in the same email chain.

"We've taken on a lot of water that won't be easy to pump out of the boat. Most of that has to do with terrible decisions made pre-campaign, but a lot has to do with her instincts."

Remember, all of this is what people were willing to write down.

What are they really saying behind her back?

With friends like this, who needs enemies?
